Historia lyhyesti

Vuorenmaa Yhtiöt on yli 75-vuotias perheyritys, joka palvelee asiakkaitaan edelleen samalla intohimolla ja asiakaslähtöisellä palveluasenteella kuin yrityksen alkuvuosina.

Vuosi 1946

Vuorenmaa perustettiin

Paavo Vuorenmaa perusti yrityksen Lapualle. Toiminta perustui vanhan ja käytetyn tavaran kauppaan.

Vuosi 1977

Seuraava sukupolvi siirtyy johtoon

Vastuu yrityksen johdosta siirtyi seuraavalle sukupolvelle kun Timo Vuorenmaa jatkoi yrittäjänä.

Vuosi 1990

Toimipaikkaverkoston laajeneminen

Vaasaan avattiin toimipaikka vuonna 1992. Vuosikymmenen loppupuolella laajennuttiin yritysostoin myös Tampereelle ja Jyväskylään.

Vuosi 2000

Maahantuonti Kiinasta alkaa

Vuorenmaa aloittaa sopimusvalmistusosien tuonnin asiakkailleen.

Vuosi 2006

Yritykseen johtoon 3. sukupolvi

Sisarukset Emilia ja Ville Vuorenmaa jatkavat yrityksen johdossa.

Vuosi 2007

Laajentuminen Kokkolaan

Uusi toimipaikka Kokkolassa avataan ja keskusvarastoa laajennetaan Lapualla.

Vuosi 2012

Palvelupisteille oma toimintamalli

Vuorenmaa -brändin ja Vuorenmaan Palvelupiste -konseptien kehittäminen.

Vuosi 2018-2019

Toiminta laajenee

Uudet toimipaikat Turussa, Raahessa ja Ylivieskassa.

Vuosi 2021

Vuorenmaa on 75-vuotias perheyhtiö

Vuorenmaa juhlisti yrityksen 75-vuotista taivalta jatkaen vahvasti menestyksen tiellä.

Vuosi 2023

Vuorenmaa jatkaa vakaata kasvua

Vuorenmaa jatkaa kehittymistään ja julkaisi uudet yhtiön uudet kotisivut.
